What is Second Life?

Second Life is a 3D Virtual World released in 2003. You can create avatars, worlds, everything in this world is purely user generated.

You can explore many different worlds, interact with your friends and play minigames. You can visit the marketplace for buying items such as clothing, furniture, etc, all with Lindens.

Second Life is all about community, and there are many different communities within this world that you can join.

Why do I like it?

I play and love Second Life because ultimately I just love customization within games, especially avatar creation and that's mainly why I play, along with being able to talk to my friends in a 3D world.

I also love making 3D stuff and texturing and this game gives me absolute freedom to do that and I really appreciate it, coming from someone who used to make custom content for the Sims 4. It's really freeing to be able to make what I want with very little constraints and I also get Lindens in return for making stuff which is a great added bonus.

I love visiting worlds with my friends and boyfriend and taking pictures and just having a good time, it's honestly kind of just like discord but we exist in a space together and we have avatars and I really love that a lot.

I want to play!

If you'd like to play, you MUST be an adult, no if, and's or buts. This world is NOT for anybody under 18 and I would even say I would recommend you be over 21 to play. Second Life has a lot of adult themes which are unavoidable.

This game is not for everyone, if BDSM and sexual themes make you uncomfortable this is not for you. People can be weird and say weird things, if you can't handle any of this I strongly advise not to play. SL is old and is a very clunky game, it can be confusing at times. Not everything is going to be apparent immediately and the game focuses mostly on socializing.

Cybergoth

my very first avatar i made in SL.. i don't have a name for him but i like him a lot and he's kinda just me in SL just a bit different.

it was quite hard to figure out what i wanted to make and he was kind of just naturally made with things i like, goth stuff, latex, bdsm, etc.

i'd like to give him some new outfits but for now this is who he is :)

Cicero

i REALLY wanted to make a crux furry after finding out about them and i was so enamored with them, i also love jesters and i really needed to make a new fursona so thus cicero was born.

i made his entire outfit besides the corset and i also textured his fur pattern and honestly i'm really proud of his design and i think he's awesome as fuck...

he's my main avatar right now and i think he will be for quite a while, i'd also like to make him new outfits too because it would be awesome... i'm working on a cybergoth outfit for him i just haven't found the right pants yet.

also i named him cicero because my boyfriend's favourite skyrim character is cicero and he suggested it and i thought it would be awesome.

honestly i just made a cute picto avatar for fun and to match my boyfriend i don't know if i'd use it that often but i quite like him :)
