BACKSTORY

From a young age, Luan was surrounded by violence. Whether it was his father beating his mother and making him watch, or the snuff videos he found around the house. His parents didn’t raise him, he raised himself and didn’t need anybody else. He did what he needed to live. His father had a disgusting amount of snuff tapes, some made of his father and mother, others he had bought from others. Luan watched these tapes like some sick cartoon show.

As Luan began to enter his teenage years, he got increasingly violent, hurting people around him, starting fights and causing destruction. His parents were still fighting and his father was still the despicable man he always was. When Luan was 15, the worst of it finally happened and his father killed his mother, in those snuff films he would always make. Luan found this snuff tape, much to his horror. Which is how he knew his father killed his mother.

WITHIN STORY

Despite Luan’s stern, dominant attitude and his controlling nature, he wants to be loved. He wants to be needed and wanted just like everybody else, he thinks torturing and hurting Felix can make him love him and stay with him. That’s the only way he knows how to love. Every snuff film makes him feel guilty, disgusting and like a weird pervert for even liking this stuff. He feels just like his father and it eats him up from the inside out. His fetishes feel uncontrollable.

Luan’s OCD manifests in consistently cleaning himself to the point his hands are rubbed raw, to rid of his obsessive thoughts and rid himself of the guilt of killing somebody.
